We provide a B2B SaaS platform — WeVisa — for Indian travel agencies, visa consultants, and immigration professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to our website and users of our platform.

We collect personal data in the following ways:

Account registration: Name, email address, phone number, business name, and GST number when you create an agency account.

Contact forms: Name, email, phone, agency name, and message content submitted via our contact form.

Platform usage: Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), session identifiers, and usage analytics.

Payment data: Billing address and payment method details processed by Razorpay. We do not store raw card numbers — these are handled by Razorpay's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure.

Client data uploaded by agencies: When agencies use WeVisa to manage their own clients, that client data (names, contact details, document information) is processed by us on behalf of the agency as a data processor. The agency remains the data controller for their clients' data.

We use your personal data to:

WhatsApp Business API: Meta Platforms Ireland, for AI messaging features. Governed by Meta's data processing addendum.

Email delivery: SMTP provider configured by the agency. Agency email credentials are stored encrypted.

Law enforcement / regulators: When required by valid legal process under Indian law.

We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Specifically:
